We are looking for motivated, hard workers who possess a great attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing environment. Not all positions require prior experience; we will train. We offer flexible hours so you can work and take summer classes. Work from 20 - 40 hours/week.
The starting pay for new summer employees is $7.50/hour. Throughout the summer, raises will be given to well-deserving employees. The pay for returning summer employees will be determined per employee based on their experience, responsibilities, and availability.

PAINTER: Paint interior/exterior of student houses and apartments. Work in teams. We hire interior & exterior painting crews.
CLEANER: Clean houses and apartments so they are in move-in condition for new tenants.
GROUNDS CREW: Learn new skills. Work outdoors, perform odd jobs, remove/haul items, assist maintenance personnel with projects, mow lawns, trim bushes, pull weeds, mulch, and much more!

CHILD CARE PROVIDER: Baby-sit a very happy and energetic four-year old little girl & her one year old sister (two years old in November). Duties include feeding, changing, and lots of playtime. Must have a cheerful attitude and enjoy children. You also must be punctual and responsibly mature. We have morning, afternoon, and all-day shifts available during the Fall and Spring semester.
OFFICE ASSISTANT: Gain valuable and practical experience in the field of real estate management as you assist in the day-to-day operations of our company. Duties include, but are not limited to: customer relations, public relations, advertising, problem-solving, computer work, assisting managers, creating spreadsheets, minor accounting work, inputting and tracking work orders, and much more. You will also help with greeting customers, answering the phone, copying, faxing, and filing. You must be able to work in a very fast-paced professional environment in which you are able to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude. You must be enthusiastic, detail oriented, a problem-solver, and pro-active. You must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Work up to 35 hours a week. Hourly pay based on experience.
