We have a rental permit for each property that guarantees the allowed occupancy, however it does not guarantee the number of bedrooms. Please verify the number of bedrooms for yourself when you tour the property. You must tour the property to sign a lease.
Please note that in most houses the attics and basements are not considered living space and should not be used as such. They should not be used for storage either.
We rent proproperties on a first come, first serve basis. Our leases do not automatically renew.
